Okay, so we kinda sat aroundLike a family civilized (and we weren't) and then, you know, openedThe present slowly and nicely and say "Thank you." And so, when IGot married to Narvel, I got introduced to this lovely woman, GloriaBlackstock. And she would set the kids, grandkids, and great-Grandkids down, which was hard to do on Christmas morning (right)That's all they're waiting for is to open those presents. And sheWould tell the story about Joseph and Mary coming to Bethlehem, MaryHaving Baby Jesus, putting Him in the manger. And then she would say"That's why we're here. That's why we're celebrating Christmas. It'sJesus' birthday." Then she'd bring in the cake, and we'd sing "HappyBirthday Jesus" (Oh, wow) and said, "This is why you're having giftsIt's His birthday." And then the kids were more thoughtful. And IThought it was just a wonderful idea that she had. (And you get toEat cake on Christmas.) Absolutely, she's a real good cook. (ThatWas what I was excited about.) No, I'm only playing, but I love thatStory, and I appreciate you sharing it with us.
